The Bomb Factory Art Foundation: Artist Studio Visits & Exhibition Guided Tours

The Bomb Factory Art Foundation is a charitable arts organisation spanning four sites across London. We provide the public with opportunities to engage with contemporary art through a diverse range of activities, including art exhibitions, educational workshops, film screenings, poetry evenings, music performances, talks, and other cultural events. Our commitment to fostering inclusivity and accessibility in the art world drives our extensive learning and participation programme, tailored to enriching local communities and schools.

Learning Offer

Artist Studio Visits & Exhibition Guided Tours

Artist Studio Visit: Students will have the chance to visit our resident artists' studios, meet them in person, and explore their current works and creative projects. During the visit, they’ll gain insights into the artist’s career, practice, and techniques. Depending on the artist's availability and preferences, students may also participate in a hands-on creative activity, further enriching their experience.

Exhibition Guided Tour: This tour offers an in-depth exploration of our exhibitions, led by our team, the curator, or the exhibiting artist. Students will learn about the featured artworks, the themes of the exhibition, and the broader context of contemporary art. The tour will also touch on career paths within the art world. In some cases, a creative activity linked to the exhibition will be included, providing a more interactive engagement.
