Playmakers

Playmakers is a fun class project which uses the mystery genre to ignite creativity and develop literacy skills at Years 5 & 6.

Under the expert guidance of a professional Playwright, your pupils will work collaboratively to create their very own plays using a mix of theatre-devising tools and traditional playwriting methods.

As part of the process, to inspire their creativity and imagination, pupils will enjoy a trip to St Martin’s Lane Theatre to see Agatha Christie’s iconic mystery play, The Mousetrap. And they’ll get to go back there for a second time – to see their plays performed live on stage by professional Actors!
